Athletic Brewing Co. Milford, Connecticut. A "B Corp Certified" entity. This Hazy IPA is the reviewer's favorite *non-alcohol brew. At less than .5% alcohol/volume, this delightfully refreshing and ultimately sessionable beer can stand on it's own against other Hazy IPAs in terms of flavor

Distilled in Ft. Worth and aged to perfection in charred American White Oak barrels. Golden amber in color with aromas of caramel, delicate spice, and vanilla cream with a silky fruity-yet-dry light-to-medium body and a drying praline and pepper finish. A pleasant and mellow sipper. 80°

Kentucky. A complex blend of three unique bourbons that are aged for up to twenty years. Nose: Vanilla custard. Sweet, vanilla, a little barley, not a lot of caramel, light nose burn only after a swirl. Taste: Sweet immediately, followed quickly by rye spice, maybe cinnamon, maybe nutmeg, that subsides after 10 seconds leaving sweet and oak. Finish: Fairly short. Sweet and oaky. 90.3°

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Aged 9 years to fully draw out the natural sugars in its charred white oak barrels. This exceptional, full-bodied bourbon strikes the senses with an oak and maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness, and a rich woody caramel flavor. 100°

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Rich notes of toasty oak and hints of sweetness. Finishes supple and dry, with notes of leather, black tea, and cinnamon. 90°

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The mashbill for this spirit features a high percentage of rye: 18% Rye, 72% Corn, and 10% Malt. Nose: Thick and creamy. There are notes of honey and spice, leather, a touch of cocoa, a little smoke, toasty oak and vanilla cream with a hint of butterscotch. Palate: Thick and Full. Notes of espresso beans, winter spice, cereal sweetness, plenty of rye, ground ginger, almond oil, toasty oak, and a little rum. 90.4°

Texas Blended Whiskey. Vanilla forward. Subtle and sublime with notes of butterscotch, cinnamon, scalded sweet cream butter, and clover honey. 82°

Louisville, Kentucky. This rye whiskey has a nose of citrus, caramel, maple, vanilla, hazelnut, spice, and sherry wood. It has a palate of sweet, dry rum sherry wood and a soft rum sweetness. Released only twice per year in spring and autumn, Angel’s Envy Rye spends up to 18 months finishing in Caribbean rum casks, resulting in an immensely complex whiskey. The mingling of raw, spicy and earthy rye with the mellow sweetness of rum finishing creates an incomparably smooth and drinkable rye, even at 100 proof

Distilled in Indiana by MGP. Aged 4 years in new charred American oak casks. Tasting notes on this rye vary from batch to batch, but always keeps a nice nose of woods, spice, and heat. A light middle of the tongue burn gives way to caramel notes, Red Hots, and a touch of brown sugar. Quick to moderate finish keeps with the nose and brings back the nice taste of wood. 80°

Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. Nose: Aromas of biscuit, spice, and dried apricot. One of the highest rye ratios (95%). Bold and spicy with a smokey backbone. 90°

Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. Aged 6 years. Nose: Aromas of rye, malt, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. Palate: Chewy caramel, vanilla, spicy rye, and candied citrus. Finish: Dried fruits and rye. 90°

Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey. Aged 7 years. Barely a rye (slightly above 51%). Nose: Caramel apple and pie spice. Palate: Deeply imbued with vanilla, a hint of fruitiness, and black pepper. Finish: Leathery oak, mellow, fairly short conclusion. 100°

Canada. Opening nose hints of pine tar, dark caramel and maple syrup with subtle notes of brown sugar and honey. Palate entry has a silk texture; at midpalate there's a minor explosion of dried fruit and chocolate cherry flavor. Concludes quiet and mild. 80°

100% Blue Weber Agave. Crisp and clear, with subtle hints of vanilla and a smooth finish. It has been distilled in copper-lined stills, then filtered, and aged two months in stainless steel containers. 80°

A tequila aged in virgin American oak barrels for a minimum of two months to one year in order to achieve a golden color and a balanced flavor between the agave and the wood. Notes: Woody, Vanilla, Tropical Fruits. Finish: Smooth, Velvet, Medium Lasting. 80°

The Original Reposado. Tequila Herradura introduced the world to Reposado in 1974 and has been setting the standard ever since. Aged longer than industry standard for 11 months, Reposado has a rich amber color with notes of cooked agave, vanilla and butter. This additional time spent resting in charred American White Oak barrels creates a smooth, sweet finish with a slight taste of spice. 80°

Tequila Herradura Añejo is aged to perfection for 25 months in American white oak barrels, which is an incredible 13 months beyond industry standards to create a tequila with a remarkably smooth taste. This process results in a dark amber-colored tequila liquor with aromas of cooked agave blended with spice and floral notes. Each tequila bottle delivers notes of cooked agave, toasted oak and dried fruit that melt across your tongue with a smooth, creamy finish. 80°

Tequila Herradura is all natural, estate grown and estate bottled. Aged for 45 days in white oak barrels, this 100 percent blue agave tequila is a phenomenon unto itself. The bouquet is marvelously animated with vibrant herbal and earthy aromas of dill, green pepper, mace, hemp and tilled earth. Entry is intensely herbal and earthy, and keenly peppery; at midpalate the acidity fuels the flavor push of brine, dill, soil, textile and light spice. Puerto Rico. Bacardi Silver is clear in color, smooth in taste, and dry in flavor with impressions of vanilla and subtle aromas of almonds and tropical fruits. Its finish is dry and smooth. 80°
